I'll be praying every day, (and night too whenever I'm awake)and I'll be following your blogs avidly. Wish I could see you off! You really should have left from the Clyde! Have a happy birthday Rich, although you'll be too busy to read this I expect until your birthday is well past!

Sorry Chris and i can't be with you on Sunday, but all the very best for your expedition.
