Struggling through sea ice

Struggling through sea ice

Since we are going to be dragging our pulks (sledges) for about 600 miles across the Greenland ice cap, we thought it would be a good idea to raise money for charity at the same time. We are supporting Teenage Cancer Trust, not least because one of the founders of CNE, Raoul Surcouf, had to overcome the disease when he was younger.

The charity carries out excellent work (see www.teenagecancertrust.org for more details) and we ask you to donate as much money as you can by clicking here: www.justgiving.com/greenland2009.

In case you are wondering, all of the money raised in this way will go to the Teenage Cancer Trust — none of it will be used to fund the expedition. To see how to donate money for the expedition, go to the sponsors page.
